Avalon at Red Rocks has been a good community to live in. Nichelle in the leasing office has been great with getting us moved in and answering all my questions. The community is very well kept and they are on top with snow removal. The maintenance team has been great. they have been very communicative and thanks to Nathan for resolving a toilet issue right away as well as replacing the dryer that was as loud as a asphalt compactor when we had just moved in. Overall I have been very happy the last couple months I have been here.
Have lived here for code to two years and love it. Staff is always friendly and have fun family friend community events. Property is kept clean and the location is very accessible for outside activities. The views are also a plus
Moved into Avalon Red Rocks in February. I’ve had such a great experience living here. Easy application process. Nichelle and Eddie at the leasing office have been very helpful. Minor concerns were addressed accordingly. I love my cozy 1 bed 1 bath apartment. Great location. Maintenance team is very friendly and prompt! Amenities are awesome. Secure Amazon packages. Most importantly it feels very safe for me. I’ve moved every year for the past 3 years and can final see myself staying at Avalon for a while!
This community is excellent (have lived here for 18 months), the office personnel (and especially Eddie) are easy to talk to, communicative and personable. The maintenance team are fast to respond, hard-working, pleasant and do a great job. The apartments are new, bright and well-maintained. The tenants have a friendly disposition.
Everyone makes you feel heard and welcomed. I would live here with a child of any age and feel safe.
